Payment Options

*International wire transfers MUST include the student’s name, PAWS ID, and term (fall, winter, spring, and summer).

Tuition invoice information
The Office of Student Accounts emails tuition invoices to students’ TCNJ email addresses monthly. Students MUST check their TCNJ Email address regularly or forward it to a preferred email address.
How to request an invoice statement
Students in need of an invoice can directly submit a request to the Office of Student Accounts at stuaccts@tcnj.edu. In your email request, please include your name, PAWS ID, and the term in question.
Student Financial Responsibility
Students who have registered for graduate courses with The College of New Jersey’s Off-Site and Online Programs (OSOP) must reconcile all outstanding balances before the commencement of an OSOP course(s) and assume financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees incurred while enrolled at The College of New Jersey’s Off-Site and Online Programs.
The Office of Student Accounts will assess a late fine if tuition is not received on the date specified in the TCNJ billing calendar or at the start of a course (for condensed courses).
