Student Financial Responsibility
Students who have registered for graduate courses with The College of New Jersey’s Off-Site and Online Programs (OSOP) must reconcile all outstanding balances before the commencement of an OSOP course(s) and assume financial responsibility for the payment of tuition and fees incurred while enrolled at The College of New Jersey’s Off-Site and Online Programs.
Please read and submit the following student responsibility form before you begin your course(s).
If your plans change and you need to drop your course(s), please immediately notify OSGP at osgp@tcnj.edu or your account may be subject to fines.
How to Make Payment
Please consult this handout on how to view and pay for your bill in PAWS.
Off Site and Online Programs (OSOP) prohibits students from taking a course with a balance on their account. Tuition MUST be received by the deadline either indicated on the TCNJ billing calendar or before the OSOP course begins (for condensed courses).
Tuition invoices are sent by the Office of Students Accounts to students’ TCNJ email addresses monthly. Students MUST check their TCNJ Email address regularly or forward it to a preferred email address.
If your plans change and you need to drop your course(s), please immediately notify OSGP at osgp@tcnj.edu or your account may be subject to fines.
Payment Options
Please visit the Office of Student Accounts for student payment options. Please email their office directly at stuaccts@tcnj.edu with questions.
*International wire transfers MUST include the student’s name, PAWS ID, and term (fall, winter, spring, and summer).
Late Fines
The Office of Student Accounts will access a late fine when tuition is not received on the date issued on the TCNJ billing calendar or at the start of a course (for condensed courses) or if the student fails to notify OSOP to be dropped in PAWS.
Please email the Office of Student Accounts directly at stuaccts@tcnj.edu with questions.
Payment Plan
Please visit The Office of Student Accounts for more information on payment plans or contact them directly at paymentplan@tcnj.edu.
Refunds or Credits
Visit the Office of Student Accounts to learn more about TCNJ’s tuition refund and repayment policy. Questions can be directed to the Office of Student Accounts at stuaccts@tcnj.edu.
