What is my current admission status?
- Matriculated: Student has applied and has been admitted to a TCNJ Off-Site and Online Program (OSOP). If yes, please go directly to the next step, Course Selection and Advisement.
- Non-Matriculated: (Overseas Visiting Student): Student has not yet applied for admissions (matriculation) or is in the process of applying for admissions (matriculation); Student has previously taken or is registered for an OSOP graduate course (maximum of 3 graduate courses, nine credits allowed).
- New Student (Non-Matriculated): New students have not taken a graduate course with OSOP. A new student MUST submit a Visiting Student Application online with the Office of Graduate Enrollment Management. Visiting students (non-matriculated students) are permitted to take up to three graduate courses with OSOP.

Course Tuition and How to Pay
Payment must be made in full by the deadline on TCNJ’s billing calendar. OSOP prohibits students from taking a course with an outstanding balance on their accounts. Please visit OSOP’s tuition and payment page.
