TCNJ Off-Site Graduate Programs (OSGP) offer new graduate students, looking to pursue either a Certificate and/or M.Ed. through OSGP, an opportunity to apply for a scholarship (upwards of $350) towards summer tuition only. To be considered for the scholarship students must be new to the program and a carry full load in the summer (3 courses – 9 graduate credits). If you meet these criteria and would like to be considered for the summer scholarship, please do the following in this order:
- Pre-register for three summer courses with OSGP.
- Register for your courses through PAWS.
- Complete this scholarship application form.
Students’ scholarship applications will be reviewed when the criteria and steps above have been met. Scholarship decisions will be sent to students through email by April 15, 2020, and will follow a rolling application review/award procedure after April 15, 2020.
Matriculated students interested in changing their academic program (i.e.: Secondary Education Certificate to Elementary Education Certificate) MUST complete a change of program form. Please consult OSGP’s Faculty Advisor for advisement. Upon submission of the form, please allow 2-3 weeks for changes to reflect in PAWS.

At this time, TCNJ is not able to coordinate this process with the State of New Jersey. As a result, our office created this
helpful guide to assist students with the process.
Students currently enrolled in ELEM/SCED 694 or 695 MUST complete an agreement form before beginning their clinical practice.
8. Praxis Core Preparation
Free resources through ETS and Khan Academy are available to students to build the reading, writing and mathematics skills needed to prepare for the Praxis Core test.
